I have decided to incorporate the Newsletter in a different way. It takes me ages to re-type and re-arrange Ron’s excellent handcrafted pages, and since I have returned to full time work and am still playing in several bands time is in very short supply.

So - as an experiment, the Newsletter is now available as a download in PDF (Portable Document Format ) form. The big advantage is that it looks just like the original - you can see all the graphics and twiddles which Ron put in. You can view it and even print it, effectively re-creating your own copy.

The downside is that its quite big byte wise - nearly 1.5Mb in fact. So it takes a little while to download. For those of you with broadband connections, this is not a problem - it will take less than half a minute. But those of you with dial-up connections will have to wait for 5 minutes (or even longer if the string is wet) if you have a 56K connection.

You need Adobe’s Acrobat reader to open PDF documents. Most PCs will have it installed - but if not you can download a free copy from here.
